ZEUS & COMPANY PRICE MATCH POLICY Another great reason to buy with confidence at Zeus & Company. If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price offered by a local distributor competitor on the same available brand and model, let us know and Zeus & Company will match that price. Simply Fax, or email us proof of the lower price while it is in effect. This policy is subject to the Exclusions below and may vary between Zeus & Company regions as costs vary by location. Exclusions: The Zeus & Company Price Match Policy does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, limitedquantity items, clearance items, or mailin incentives. If you must pay freight on top of said competitor’s prices that freight price will be included when figuring your actual landed price. Competitor must be able to deliver product at said discounted prices. The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price that result from a price match. Zeus & Company reserves the right to make the final determination of all Price Matches. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is considered a local distributor competitor? A distributor located in the same market area as Zeus & Company and can legally service your area with the product in question. If the competitor’s price is “plus shipping” Zeus & Company will calculate the shipping charges and match your final landed price under the terms of the Zeus & Company Price Match Policy. What is considered "proof" of price? You will be required to fax or email the prices on the competitor’s letter head, which includes the competitor’s prices and policy. Zeus & Company reserve the right to call the competitor to verify the lower price and availability of the item. What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product? Sometimes a dealer or distributor will advertise a very low price for a product but will have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Can I have my price match request processed over the phone or online? You will need to fax or Email your request which must include proof of the lower price. You may verify it via telephone. Does Zeus & Company match prices of internet wholesalers? Yes. Internetonly wholesalers are included in our price matching program. However, eligible items must be the same brand and size, and must be in stock at the competitor's store. Zeus & Company will request what the applicable freight charges will be and will determine your landed price. Zeus & Company will match your final landed price which will include freight. Do I have to meet the Zeus & Company minimum? You will be required to meet the Zeus & Company minimum in your area after all discounts have been applied to your order. Can Zeus & Company refuse my request for a price match? Zeus & Company reserves the sole right and discretion to match our competitor’s prices under this policy. Each request for a price match will be evaluated by Zeus & Company based on the information provided by the consumer and the information obtained by Zeus & Company. Final determination of all Price Matches will be made exclusively by Zeus & Company.
