Pets and we’re looking for a couple of well-rounded and highly
organized individuals to run our office by providing administrative
support as well as handling all invoicing and phone calls. We want
someone who is interested in long-term employment and can wear many
hats. Our office is small, friendly and very casual (jeans are okay).
We are located in Evanston, right on Dempster St and would prefer
applications to live within 20 miles of our facility. If this

Skills Required:
- Flexible

- Great Problem Solving Skills
- Previous Office experience (bookkeeping experience is a
plus)
- Hold a current drivers license and be able to drive
Computer Knowledge
- All Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel especially)
- QuickBooks Experience is a plus
- Adobe PageMaker is a plus
- Knowledge of web maintenance is helpful
