Dear Zeus and Company Customers,
Zeus & Company started delivering top nutrition for pets in 1997
with our first warehouse in Evanston Illinois. Since then, we’ve
expanded out from the Chicagoland area to include warehouse locations
in both Minneapolis and Southern California’s Los Angeles area.
This expansion has extended our reach to 14 states and allows us to
proudly report that we are now serving independent pet stores in
California, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and many other Midwest and
Southwestern territories.
We have implemented several changes in 2010. Our Evanston distribution
center now has a showroom where we are able to showcase our products so
you can see everything we carry and learn about the different lines we
carry.
All the products we carry undergo extensive research and testing of
products to ensure that we have the highest quality products and most
nutritious pet foods. Many of our newest products are
environmentally friendly, and tailored to your pets’ personal needs.
ACANA and ORIJEN foods are completely grain free, Bite O’ Blue treats
look and smell like blueberries and are great for a dog’s coat.
Fizzion odor and stain remover eliminates waste by providing high
concentrate tablets and you just add water. Purr and Simple, is a
unique cat litter that absorbs and eliminates odors faster than any
other cat litter without the use of fragrances or any other additives.
This year Zeus is also proud to carry Cool Treats Smoothies for Dogs,
Nummy Tum Tum, and Cranimals. We also carry quality products including
The Pet Loo, EZ Steps Leash (which is strong enough to nearly pick up a
car), and a newly released Tick Key that helps pet owners remove ticks
from their dog’s coat. You can see a complete list of our products on

We are continuing our charitable efforts in the community by donating
thousands of pounds of pet food and treats to local animal shelter and
rescue groups. You may have seen us on WGN-TV where we partnered with
Alive Pets, an animal rescue group for a television segment where we
talked about workplace dangers for pets, and found a few rescues a new
home.
Zeus and Company supports local street festivals, dog parks and events
throughout the Midwest just send a request via email.
As many people know, Zeus and Company was named after my Rottweiler,
Zeus. It was Zeus’ enthusiastic reaction to those first pet products I
served him that convinced me to start my business a decade ago. Zeus
passed away August 3, 2008. To celebrate his life and legacy I helped
lead a campaign to get a police dog for the Bayport Narcotics
Department in Minnesota. With the help of many generous donations both
monetary and service oriented, the police department and Officer Jay
Jackson are the proud owners of a rescue dog that has been trained to
help locate narcotics in the K-9 unit. This dog will need a lifetime of
care so donations are always appreciated. Now we have taken it a step
further and we are working with several police departments by providing
police canine’s food and supplements. I am a former law enforcement
officer myself, so I value the importance of the canine
units.
Since the loss of Zeus, my family has welcomed Lacey into our home and
hearts who keeps our two cats Clementine and Ginger on their toes.
It is rewarding to lead a company that continues to make a positive
impact on the lives of so many people and their beloved pets.
